What is working from home like at MYOB?

      Pros

      Good culture, flexible work arrangements

      Cons

      Large company, some silos exist.

Good people, lack of strategic leadership

      Business outlook

      Pros

Flexibility is great, the ability to work from home and most employees (individual contributors) within MYOB are friendly and keen to work together for shared goal.

      Cons

Frequent company-wide restructures—often every six months—many of which eventually revert back to previous structures, causing disruption and confusion. In my experience, leadership (from middle management through to the CEO, with some exceptions) lacked transparency, clear communication, and a unified strategic vision, which made it difficult to understand what teams were ultimately working toward. The CEO regularly presented mass redundancies as part of “new ways of working,” which didn’t feel sustainable—and that sentiment was widely shared among employees.

      Pros

Reasonable flexibility to work from home

      Cons

Make sure you are a follower and a yes person. Don't ask questions, don't stir the pot and you will be fine. If you want to progress up, you need to be over the top enthusiastic and follow the leader

      Pros

⦁Supportive team environment where colleagues are always willing to help with tricky cases. ⦁Great exposure to a wide range of products, which helps build strong technical and problem-solving skills. ⦁Good work-life balance with flexible working arrangements and hybrid options. ⦁Managers are approachable and generally open to feedback and suggestions. ⦁Lots of opportunities to learn, especially with continuous product updates and access to internal training. ⦁Collaborative culture, making it easy to escalate and resolve complex issues. ⦁Clear processes and documentation, which makes onboarding and day-to-day work easier. ⦁Recognition for hard work, especially when dealing with escalations or high-priority cases. ⦁Stable company with long-term career opportunities across different teams

      Cons

No major cons to mention at this time. Nothing significant to call out. Overall a positive experience, no real downsides for me. Every company has challenges, but nothing specific stands out. No concerns worth noting.
