Cons

Slow growth, promotion not based on experience or length of tenure, but who do you know. Buddy system with new hires. Non-skilled workers hired to be trained by experienced workers, soon becomes your supervisor.

Advice to Management

Promotions should be based on length of service and experience. Next, based on productivity and current knowledge of work assignments.

Pros

Pension scheme is good, some good people work there.

Cons

Senior managers are out of touch with employees, and treat employees with disdain. Employees overworked, underpaid and under appreciated. Company (GB) does not listen to employees, and does not offer a modern way of working. Work life balance is non existent for most employees. Always profit over people.

Listen to employees and implement changes to improve the working environment and work life balance of employees.
