Why do Leidos employees quit?

Pros

Focused teams that work hard

Cons

Zero Tolerance Policies that terminate employees without full investigations, Entire teams that seem to lack the ability to properly set or reset expectations, Management that consistently blames the low man on the chain rather than taking partial responsibility and working together for a meaningful solution & doesn't understand the difference between a training issue and a generally terminatable event, happily overloads employees that management has a bias against (possibly sexism), teams that completely reorganize every 2-3 months, treats people consistently like resources rather than human beings, makes it abundantly clear in meetings that you're simply a cog in the machine there to boost their stock price - this actually happens in regular meetings.

Advice to Management

I don't have advice for management so completely devoid of morality and values that stock price is their primary measurement of success.
