Pros

Very exciting as the company is growing so quickly and new team members joining every month, while everyone still has completely flexible remote working hours so that we can have a good work life balance. The annual team goal and incentive keeps us all focused on the same mission. Even though we do not get to meet in person, our weekly team meetings are very casual and we share non work related stories so that everybody gets to know each other. The team is very diverse. The work itself is very interesting as we have clients across different industries and get to learn about cutting edge technology solutions and creative marketing campaigns on a daily basis. I highly recommend working here!

Cons

None really, it would be great for everyone to meet in person but it would be very difficult!

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing!

Pros

You get to work with a very diverse team from all across the globe, which is great for learning. The company is on a growth trajectory right now, with new hires coming on board every month. Working remotely is great, and it gives a lot of flexibility and a solid work-life balance. There is also a lot of autonomy with the role. Although remote, there is still a great sense of company community. There are weekly meetings that allow everyone to get to know each other, which is nice. The work is different every day, dealing with a diverse portfolio of clients. They target different industries, so lots of different tactics and strategies need to be employed. Creativity is key! I'm really enjoying being a part of Leadable so far!

Cons

- No central office - Not being able to meet teammates in person

Advice to Management

No suggestions right now. I think they're making all the right moves!
