No room for advancement, Senior Management oblivious to what’s going on. Senior management don’t see through the phony Managers who act like they know what’s going on but don’t.

Advice to Management

Open your eyes, not all the current managers are what they seem, and don’t have a clue what’s going on really. Don’t fall for the hype! Your out of touch with those with the knowledgeable ones, the ones who help build the company.

Everything else, too fast paced, dumb coworkers, excessive production goals, absent upper management, quantity over quality, the goat cheese literally absolutely sucks in comparison to local farms, machines are always messed up, repetitive motions, long hours, horrible for your body, I could go on forever. I'd love to know the average length of employment here, can't be long...

Advice to Management

40 hour work week would attract more workers, lessen order counts so there isn't so much stress to get everything done in one day.

NON-receptive management. Absolutely the worst HR department. Your bullied into do this or your fired situations weekly.

Advice to Management

There's more to life than your unhealthy schedule and no understanding of work/life balance. The disrespect given and witnessed there was unreal. Remember the golden rule
