No micromanaging, great benefits can claim optical and dental, supportive colleague and boss. Minimal office politics. Great place to grow yourself as there are lots of training provided to employee, just ask your boss what training you need.

Cons

The office is too hot during morning, but too cold during evening.

Advice to Management

So far working from home during pandemic proved that company can grow even while we are working from home. Maybe can consider to make it permanent after this?

Bad management and leadership team not much experience except started as engineers at same company. Old school ways of working.

Advice to Management

Bring leaders from outside instead of hiring within company. Not all Engineers can be project managers. Eliminate biased managers and let go old school way of thinking engineers.
