Advice to Management

Best efforts are put to ensure employee safety , currently happy with all the facilities provided by management, may once the Office reopens we may think of suggesting something, if we found anything which needs to be addressed. If possible implement permanent W.F.H to employees

Pros

Market level salary is provided and good amount of work from home allowance is given in this covid time.

Cons

Work load is very high. Have to work more than 11 hours everyday and even in weekends to finish the given tasks which management does not even care to recognize. Managers are here from more than 10 years. Thus no use of complaining to HR. No appreciation and recognition for hard working. Toxic work environment mostly due to bad management. People here ultimately quit just to get out from this company

Advice to Management

Please consider your employees as human and do not push so hard that they break.

1. Trading teams are hectic , No proper communications with in the team members and in this virtual times its very diffcult to maintain. - Due to new teams/team members(including Managers), doesnt completely understand the team dynamics its hard to find that bonding and make us to feel disconnect form work 2. Can maintain good work life balance

Advice to Management

Please bring some good experienced people who owns the responsibilties and be a good facilitator from product based companies.
