Train your staff properly.

Pros

The company values are at the forefront of everything that the business does and this filters down to the employees. They foster an environment of equality, fairness and focus on staff well-being. Where they fall short they listen, learn and implement change where necessary. I've never worked for a company like this, the senior management are something you can aspire to. Customers are their number 1 priority, providing them with a quality product or service. One of the best ways to produce quality work is to foster a happy working environment and they do that here.

Cons

None so far for me. They have some minor gaps (knowledge base for employees being one) but nothing they aren't aware of and working on.

Advice to Management

Don't change, don't become too corporate. I love working for you and I look forward to many more years.
