How is the work/life balance at Honeywell?

It used to be a good place to work but this changed a lot in the last years. No real work life balance

As i have newly joined the company. The cons are yet to be noticed.

The colleagues is friendly and nice, willing to teach the junior staff. The job meets work life balance and have good compensations and benefits, culture and values.

Too many documents need to upload. And the documents need to upload many times, such as home address, bank information, phone number, previous working information, they need to upload again and again. Should improve communication quality.
