What kind of career opportunities exist at G6 Hospitality?

Pros

There are always opportunities to learn new skills and move up in the corporation. Upper management is communicative and responsive. Brand standards cultivate accountability and an inclusive environment.

Cons

I didn't really experience any cons, just challenging opportunities

Advice to Management

I think it's important for any large corporation to fully understand that its employees are the foundation of everything they do and I believe there should be incentives and bonuses for housekeeping and maintenance personnel that will give them an opportunity to hold themselves to a higher standard

There are always opportunities to learn new skills and move up in the corporation.

Does G6 Hospitality have any sort of mentoring programme?

Pros

They are a leader in economy lodging, have a robust training program and participate in causes that affect the industry and our communities like anti human trafficking, various veterans programs, and disaster relief. The company has dynamic leadership that leads with empathy, compassion and care for everyone in the organization

Cons

COVID has been difficult on the industry. Not managements fault.

Advice to Management

Continue operating as you have.
