A growing company with a strong social position and excellent executive management support. As a consultant, I found access to the leadership team and employees to be easy and they were supportive in helping me deliver for them.

Cons

A company that is experiencing the "growing pains" associated with becoming a larger, more sophisticated enterprise. As such, the organizational maturity level is relatively low. This is a nice problem to have and presents a lot of opportunity to bring your experience and add value.

Advice to Management

As you grow, continue to live your core values. It is easy to stray from those values and become a less personal, more bureaucratic organization to work with and for.

The shift aren't bad 5 day on 5 days off 4 days on 4 days off rotation

Stressful No proper training No room for improvement

Listen to the staff once in a while Properly train your team leads there running around like a chicken with its head cut off
