Pros
- Most staff are friendly - nice food - International ppl - Sort of help with housing
Cons
- Do not care about wellbeing of interns - Location is terrible - Projects seem irrelevant - allow bullying of intrerns/trainees with no support
Advice to Management
improve treatment trainees/interns, provide travel money
