Does Estée Lauder Companies offer massages?

Pros

- trustable company - yearly bonus - employees can order products for cheaper - hybrid working model - free coffee at the office - every once in a while surprise products (e.g. for Christmas/Easter)

Cons

- organization is small in Hungary, no international company feels at all - immense workload - not too flexible with the working schedule - employees can only purchase products from a product list - and not everything is available from the list, but there is no visibility on the availability, so usually we order and we either recieve the product or not - not too many career options in Hungary

Advice to Management

Put some real effort in trying to help the employees. Build loyalty and trust
