What is it like working with clients or customers at Emma?

Pros

Many interesting projects Good chance to improve your Office skills Good customer service experience Marketing projects (Contact content creators, influencers) Analyze reports, people analytics, instagram influencers stats Team work Gym is paid for by the company German classes are paid for by the company Open-minded people FREE COFFEE <3

Cons

Very low salaries (half the minimum wage) It is important to be careful about the people/relationships you develop because something you say can be turned against you. Very often it feels like an actual customer-service job, rather than an internship.

Advice to Management

Go green! Invest in environmentally-friendly products and get rid of PLASTIC BOTTLES. Give all employees a water bottle they can refill. Pay your interns the minimum wage (no matter how long the internship is).
