Does Emma pay for professional licenses?

Pros

Many interesting projects Good chance to improve your Office skills Good customer service experience Marketing projects (Contact content creators, influencers) Analyze reports, people analytics, instagram influencers stats Team work Gym is paid for by the company German classes are paid for by the company Open-minded people FREE COFFEE <3

Cons

Very low salaries (half the minimum wage) It is important to be careful about the people/relationships you develop because something you say can be turned against you. Very often it feels like an actual customer-service job, rather than an internship.

Advice to Management

Go green! Invest in environmentally-friendly products and get rid of PLASTIC BOTTLES. Give all employees a water bottle they can refill. Pay your interns the minimum wage (no matter how long the internship is).

Does Emma offer employee discounts?

Pros

Young team, many expats and company events. Discount on company products. Ownership of projects.

Cons

Far too many incompetent team leaders that expected a team of interns to coordinate a full market and an environment ran on favoritism rather than on your work accomplishments. Salary negotiations were an absolute joke in this company and HR had zero to no respect to the employees life circunstances.

How are the career development opportunities at Emma?

Pros

Good career opportunities, great culture and values, flat structure, collaborative environment, fast growing company with amazing goals for the close future, tech innovation.

Cons

Contributing for something in such a grow period means more work to do, depending on the team could be hard to keep the rhythm of this moving fast train. It is not a start up anymore.

How are promotions handled at Emma?

Pros

Promotions galore but no pay increases!

Cons

Hired today, fired tomorrow! Sketchy start up company around for years, no pay increases but fancy job titles given to brainwash the younger staff.

Advice to Management

What’s goes up must come down! They way you treat your staff is disgusting! Karma !
