Pros

I consider Emma a really young company, not young due to the fact that is recent but young since it is composed by people that have a really young and free spirit; As it is an international company it is extremely motivated to work in such an environment

Cons

The thing that the work can be done remotely could take the opportunity to meet everyone in the office, nevertheless there is the freedom to go to the office in a respectful way of course.

Advice to Management

The fact that Dennis came to the onboarding session was outstanding to understand that everything is connected inside Emma. Also, the fact that he looked opened to hear suggestions from the new Emmies is also amazing to see! Thanks for the great integration
