Does there seem to be diversity at Emma?

Pros

You can learn a lot and the tasks are challenging, interesting and diversified. It is never boring and you can develop broad skills. The flat hierarchies ensure that everybody is involved and team work is estimated. You can rely on the colleagues and your team. The work environment is characterized by diversity and internationality.

Cons

The workload is sometimes high and regarding the salary there is potential for improvement.

How is race or ethnicity talked about at Emma?

Pros

- A lot of responsibility from the start - Great way to gain fast and a lot of experience - Young team - Nice office in the center of Frankfurt

Cons

- Pay is below average - Internal culture has changed to a rat race to get just any result where backstabbing is almost encouraged - Hire/Fire culture - Different salaries for different people in the same positions and locations - Promotions are being slowed down/favoritism

Advice to Management

Remember that your company is build on the competence of your employees, even when everyone is replaceable - it should definitely not be the main fear or feeling that should be dominating.
