Pros

Friendly, helpful colleagues, collaborative work environment, great work life balance, continuous learning and opportunity to grow and develop. I couldn’t be happier in Eirgrid.

What do employees say about the location of the EirGrid office?

Pros

Location is good Access to competency training Benefits for staff that have been with EirGrid for a few years is good, less so for new staff

Cons

Slow progression - based on "time served" rather than skills and experience Very little flexibility and no trust with people working from home Complaints about staff/management behaviour ignored Hierarchical systems means everything takes an age to get done (all decisions big or small have to go up the chain)

Advice to Management

There is nothing I can say they haven't heard before
