Does Dropbox offer massages?

Pros

The company sends you overseas to USA for training which is awesome very easy to make friends, colleagues are humble and friendly Free gym and free meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner including snacks) Awesome work parties Great bonus (when meeting target)

Cons

Target is ridiculously high in sales. Management seems only to care about results instead of the well being of its employees which is not right, instead when asked for more help management does not want to step in and says it is your responsibility to find out on your own.

Advice to Management

Be more understanding to your staff because we do our best and in sales things can get tough and sometimes no interesting leads come through due to the market not being.

Does Dropbox offer relocation assistance?

Pros

Best benefits package ever Great London office, free drinks, food, ping-pong, PS2, nerf guns etc Big budget for work hardware and software with great IT support Fantastic on-boarding in Dublin Generally nice people Company strived to create a friendly environment

Cons

Applied for Enterprise Account Strategist (ISR) role, which on paper seemed interesting and broad (mix of new business and working with accounts), in reality it was a pure cold/warm calling and emailing role. Initially booking x new meetings a week then increased to x meetings. The weekly team catch-up was simply 'have you got your x meetings'?, and an earful if someone hadn't. The biz dev and sales 'strategy' worked well for a time but clearly wasn't sustainable, though Head of Biz Dev was having none of it. I left at the end of probation which was justified as I later heard nearly the entire sales team had been offloaded. As you might expect with a West Coast US tech firm in London, there was a big left-wing political bias. UK country Manager wanted to make a public company statement in support of remaining in the EU, which made me feel marginalised.

Does Dropbox offer parental leave?

Pros

Excellent WLB (I never work nights or weekends and frequently take days off); unusually good salary for non-FAANG company (I make more than my peers at FAANG companies); my team cares about my growth; great benefits (including good parental leave policy); encouraged to volunteer/give back to the community; company is very transparent about financials/goals; remote policy means I can work from anywhere.

Cons

No office (bad for those who like to socialize in person); the company cares about diversity, but like most tech companies, we still struggle a lot.
