Does Crossover for Work offer parental leave?

Pros

Well, the pay is very good and is always on time compared to the competition at my location I was lucky to be in a team, which gave me access to study materials for further self-development in cloud computing Flexible hours which helps

Cons

Remote work, sounds good on paper but it's terrible, no social life, I barely know anyone in the company except my manager and two colleagues that we started together. Constant tracking, makes no sense to me because 1, I use my own tools (laptop, phones) for the job and I tend to work more hours unofficially to catch up with there constraint weekly targets (pretty sure I'm not the only one that does this) Their metric tracking system doesn't translate to actual work done which isn't fair to some. No paid leave, benefits or even meal brakes for your 40hrs work week.

Advice to Management

If you're going to be monitoring everything going on with your employees at least provide the equipments used for the work.

No paid leave, benefits or even meal brakes for your 40hrs work week.
