Does Cpl Resources offer relocation assistance?

Pros

Cpl has in it's people the real meaning of a true work family! People are definitely treated well and the comradery is something else! Work is challenging and there's never a dull day, meaning that you'll never get bored if you like to learn something new everyday.

Does Cpl Resources have a pension plan?

Pros

Good social scene Very driven atmosphere Nice people to work with, depending on team Good induction and decent opportunities to learn more Excellent place to start a career

Cons

Very target driven atmosphere - make sure it is for you Benefits such as pension contributions or health insurance is non-existent for new joiners. There can be favouritism in some teams Very money-driven environment HOWEVER that is the industry Nice place to start a career but move on shortly after because you will get better benefits elsewhere.

Advice to Management

Try to reduce any cliqueness in teams/manager circles. Offer health insurance and pension contributions to junior talent early on to keep them.
