How are the career development opportunities at Compugen (Canada)?

Pros

The pros are now harder to identify. CEO is inspirational but management layers below seem to undermine direction as their sole focus seems to be on cost reduction.

Cons

Long hours, lack of effective process and tools, and "every person for themselves" mentality has now developed. Very little career guidance or opportunities for career growth. Compensation is below market, benefits are minimal, overall company focus is on reducing costs.

Advice to Management

Commit to growing and developing your people. Put purpose before profit.
