Does Cognizant Technology Solutions have a pension plan?

Pros

Annual Leave Career opportunities within. You make some good friends along the way. If you can handle challenges in CTS, you can handle challenges with any company.

Cons

No proper structures in place. Very little learning and development opportunities. Grades are meaningless when you work onsite for a client. Lack of understanding of Irish Life Science Market even though they are supposedly "experts" in this area. Lack of reward and recognition. No Christmas cards or tokens. Seem to aquire any company they can and then call themselves experts in Digital and IT even though their own in-house IT Infrastructure is very poor. Staff retention is very poor. No pension contribution until you reach a Senior Grade Too many teams looking after one function so impossible to get a swift answer. You are sent around in circles to numerous teams before you get any answers. No work life balance. No human or personal touch from HR. Everything automated.

Advice to Management

Would recommend to look after your own staff and go by your own core values that you have created. Your Irish business seems to be behind compared to other regions so I do belive Senior Mgmt need to look at how to improve staff morale and give recognition for a job well done. Listen....or your staff will continue to lose faith in you and go elsewhere.
