Salary was very poor, full time store assistants in Aldi are paid better. Benefits are great but for young professionals/graduates, we need money, not pension. Cost of living in Ireland is going up and it is the young professionals that are trying to move out of home who need money and are less concerned with pension, parental leave etc.

Advice to Management

Not only do salaries need to be reviewed, I feel like managers need to have a better understanding of how heavy the workload is. If 3+ members of a team are going 8+ hours of overtime a week... thats a good indication that it is time to hire another team member, get approval to hire another. Overtime culture is quite bad there.

Wages are reviewed once a year as well as a yearly bonus, health insurance, maternity leave, nice co-workers

Cons

Car parking not available for most staff in the building

Advice to Management

Locate more parking spaces for all staff and then staff will want to come into office instead of working from home
