What is health insurance like at Celebal Technologies?

Pros

- the Company spends a good amount of time and money on training new interns. - Free food and beverages. - Competitive salary. - Good clients base and very large projects, which helps to get good exposure as fresher. - Free of cost Microsoft cloud certifications for all employees. - Family Health insurance (amount is deducted from your CTC). - Laptop, hoodies, tshirts and all necessary accessories are provided.

Cons

- 2 years bond of 1 lakh rs - Company really lacks good mentors and manager. All the mentor/managers are recent pass outs. They lack good leadership and mentoring skills. All they for mentoring is to take meeting to get update and will shout and scold at you at small mistake. - Company is biased towards their old employees. They take the decision and HR don't even ask or question their judgement. Most of the time they are wrong. - Managers don't care about your mental health or even work pressure. All they want you is to complete the assigned task at certain deadline, which they have decided without asking. - Managers here are very unprofessional. I don't think they have any empathy or connection with their junior. All they want is to take credit of the work you did and present it to the client or to upper management. - Poor work-life balance.

Advice to Management

Please look forward to the person you have assigned as Manager or Mentor. Most of them are very unprofessional and lacks leadership and mentoring skills. I don't think there are any good criteria for deciding salary. Deserving ones gets basic package, whereas someone whose friends with some mentor or managers gets higher package offer. Very bad politics. I feel there's a lot of politics going in the company. Managers / old employees who directly reports to Directors takes advantage of juniors and I don't feel equality is server at the company. Someone gets easily promotion whereas someone who worked really hard don't even gets noticed.

Does Celebal Technologies offer vision insurance?

Pros

You get to learn a lot of things during your initial days of your carrier. Tie up with Microsoft gives additional certification learning which is beneficial for the employer and employee. Free meals. 5 days working.

Cons

Sometimes the work hour exceeds.

Does Celebal Technologies offer unlimited holiday?

Pros

1. Immense support from senior members of that particular domain. 2. Sufficient amount of time provided to learn a particular technology. 3. Repetitive checks on your learning after certain time intervals. 4. Open platform to showcase your talent if you are a fresher. 5. Best way to get into IT if you are a engineering college student now and got a summer internship at this company. Because you have sufficient amount of time to learn during internship and trainee and then finally FTE at the same time of your graduation.

Cons

1. Have to compromise with the stipend and focus more on learnings as an intern. After being converted to full-time then the salary is okay. 2. Very long time procedure to convert from intern to trainee to FTE ( full-time engineer ). 3. Less leave available overall which have to manage by own. Atleast during internship what I experienced. As an FTE maybe it's okay. 4. Less amount of perks available on occasions if that be considered. 5. Slow query be solved because of many people raising their respective queries. But most of the time it is solved during meetings or one-to-one conversations.

Advice to Management

I will suggest to remove this Intern-Trainee-FTE lineup. Be it like hire interns which maybe college students. And FTE which is full-time roles for recent graduates or past a year or two as considered.
