Does CVS Health offer massages?
Pros
Pay is good benefits are ok
Cons
Repetitive, supervisors don't know anything, alot of gossip in the work place. Schedule is aweful for night shift, your only free time will be your days off. We used to have a cook for night shift and free coffee but to cut costs and increase profits they took those perks away from us now they only offer prepackaged food that is disgusting

Does CVS Health have a pension plan?
Pros
If you like to move around and learn new things - the company supports that. Also junior roles to sr. manager role promotions come easy. Hard to get Director and near impossible to get anything higher unless you are brought in at a higher level . Most positions can work remote or hybrid. PTO time is generous. You can negotiate that at time of hiring as well.
Cons
Health benefits for higher salaried people are very expensive. Only 4% 401k match (used to be 6%) no pension plan (like most companies). Hard to use all your PTO due to work load and only allowed to carry over 1 week. Decisions and new programs can literally spin for years resulting is lost productivity and a lot of wasted time and money
Advice to Management

Does CVS Health offer a wellness program?
Pros
Salaries are decent. CEO is a woman and forward thinking. Company did a great job with COVID.
Cons
Benefits are ok, not great. They did bring back long term incentive for some levels this year. Affiliate companies struggle with rules imposed by larger CVS entity, but still having to run their company and bring in revenue. Offers a lot of wellness benefits, but no one has time to use them because they are busy working over time.
