Does CNA offer dental insurance?

Pros

Co workers were friendly and collaborative. Time off was adequate, Medical, Dental and Vision benefits were very good

Cons

Management was not properly trained, people were given roles because of their race and sex not their talent in a position. A big red flag was how they complained about fellow team members and peers.

Advice to Management

Training!!!

Time off was adequate, Medical, Dental and Vision benefits were very good

Decent pay, good benefits and remote

Cons

A culture of blame, micromanaging employees, old systems major problems. Very frustrating

Advice to Management

Change blame culture to a solution oriented one, eliminate micromanaging employees, give them the tools to succeed.

Does CNA have a pension plan?

Pros

9% pension to you free Underwriters will help you if you keep it hidden from your office manager

Cons

Management will bully you and havent a clue on what the job requires. Lack of progression - No job opps Managers will talk about you behind your back Will make you turn your personal phone into a work one. No training guides - if you mess it up its your fault Will hire from outside the company not inside.

Advice to Management

Understand your staff and understand the job - They've been the worst managers ive ever had.
