Pros
Good offices. Great brand. Large scale
Cons
Bureaucratic, lip service to diversity but almost entire senior management is privately educated white men, ridiculous annual appraisal system, expectations of significant out of work box ticking.
Advice to Management
Move faster. Annual budget allocation systems is inflexible and doesn't respond quickly enough to changes to market conditions. Accept that not all staff think like American east coast college graduates and that is not a bad thing.

There is a very friendly working culture in general, and there is true diversity (not token) among the team. Working hours are reasonable and work life balance is achievable, although I suspect that depends on department and team.
Cons
Pay scale could be slightly better.

Pros
Leadership is very supportive and always has the teams best interest first and foremost.
Cons
Compared to other employers I cant think of anything worth adding as a con. The company focuses well on diversity, internal growth, and pay and benefits are in line with industry standards. Work life balance is amazing and they support grass root ideas and initiatives.

Pros
Great benefits, good team environment, and upper management who does not think only about themselves. CBRE is a large company with many employees in numerous countries. That being, said in some ways it is run as a smaller company with great communication, they listen to employees, make decisions not in a vacuum, and I feel the environment and diversity and inclusion are things considered with all decisions being made with the company. CBRE really cares about it's employees, the salary pay is about average, and they leading on progressive issues that will ship the next decades.
Cons
Improve the onboarding process, to which is actively being done.
Advice to Management
Keep being on the forefront to lead by example when it comes to diversity, inclusion, and planning for how/what we can do to be a cleaner, greener, and sustainable world.
