How do employees feel about their professional development opportunities at British Institutes?

Pros

Gives entry level teachers a wide range of courses to try teaching and resources to explore

Cons

Expected to be available at the drop of a hat Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturdays 8am to 3pm. Very very poor pay. Bad management. Claims to have all native speaking teachers and asks teachers to lie to students about this and student levels

Advice to Management

Stop lying to students and taking advantage of teachers. Make sure the accommodation you offer is safe. Mine has black mold throughout the bedroom that the landlord had tried to just paint over. I spent months in and out of the hospital as a result.
