Does Bose offer employee discounts?

Pros

Great people. very collaborative. some good benefits like employee purchase discount and pension. others (bonus) way below market. Bonus for US market is waaaay below companies in the Boston metro area. Still makes great products - just less frequently. The CEO Lila Snyder is REALY trying to pull the company out of what sometimes feels like a death spiral. Two years out either the company will be on a great upwards trajectory or will be destined for the rubbish bin. Stay tuned.

Cons

Too many misses with products leading to divisions/products being shuttered. Layoffs. Total lack of resources leading to further backsliding.

Advice to Management

Lila needs to continue doing what she believes gives the company the best chance to succeed.
