Pros

My team is like my work family we all get along so well and everyone is there for each other. The company provides training from the ground up and support you in whatever road in optics you decide to follow from being a trainee up to an optical consultant, team leader, dispensing optician right through to management. I have a great manager who is always there to support me in my role and with anything else I may need. There is a good bonus scheme, staff discount, pension holiday entitlement , sick pay and lots of other perks. I started as a trainee and am now a team leader and can’t imagine working anywhere else.

Cons

Can be challenging at times but the rewards of helping people make it worthwhile.
