The initial training is great and there are opportunities to grow in the company. Good benefit package and health insurance.

Cons

The company values more the newcomers than the senior staff and this generates frustration. Salaries are not bad but there is room for improvement.

Have more transparent policy for salary and bonus. Value staff seniority and promote horizontal growth.
