It's a company that's always trying to look forward and be aware and be up to date by financial market trends. In the workplace, everyone respects each other a lot, they are collaborative.

Cons

As every big and historic bank, it has a lot of bureaucracy. Despite the appeal made by the company, it stills continues to have a large discrepancy regarding the diversity of the staff, maintaining a large part of the hierarchy made up of men.

Advice to Management

Please, improve HR response, budget management (even a good employee can only get one raise a year), do more incentive for employees to contribute with good solutions (an open channel could be created to do this)
