Nice insurance Nice people / colleagues Nice work / life balance: no extra hours, and when they do exist you get paid fairly.

Cons

Low base compensation, despite some nice perks. Very difficult to get out of, since they work with all major IT recruitment companies and have non-poaching agreements. Very difficut to progress in your career. Newcomers get higher salaries than senior staff. Moving from Operations to IT without contract change, which means absolutely no raise.

Advice to Management

Management in Portugal should assess their talent management strategy. Over almost 7 years in the company in different positions and departments, I saw all the best senior people leave for better jobs, whilst opportunities were being given to newcomers.
