Does BD offer massages?

Pros

Even before I joined BD and during the interview process, I was always made comfortable and felt like a member of the team. In my case, it wasn't really a job interview but a casual chat about work and past projects with friends. The environment is awesome, I feel valued, appreciated and empowered to do the best I can and help others achieve their potential and best version of themselves. Everyone is always available to chat, regardless of their position on the hierarchy, and that's really important for me. BD values are pretty much aligned with my own, so I can easily relate and feel engaged to contribute actively to "advance the world of health". The Coffee dock at RCI is awesome, the coffee is free and great and there's even a pool table! The space is bright and open, the facilities are very good with parking which is great when I commute. There are Innovation programs and good reward/incentive programs. The benefits are also good, both pension and health insurance, etc. The ARGs (Associate Resource Groups) provide another stream to add value and impact on the company and people's lives. I feel very happy and accomplished working in RCI and I believe there's a lot of potential for career growth doing what I love.

Cons

There's no Full Remote option at the moment. Being a heavily regulated industry, things move slow. It's a shame that Health insurance doesn't cover day-to-day expenses.

Advice to Management

Continue empowering people and supporting all associates, people that feel they belong perform better and with a common goal. Even in a highly regulated industry, things have to be pushed to change, we must challenge the status quo to be leaders and not followers.
