What is the hiring process like at AdventHealth Daytona Beach?

The hiring process was quick but I had a few bumps in the road but my god! Is stronger then whatever comes our way!

Changing start dates was the hardest

I have recently been hired to work at Advent Health Daytona Beach. I felt the onboarding process to be welcoming and thorough. I am looking forward to this new adventure.

I was just hired for AdventHealth Daytona Beach and the onboarding process has been very efficient.

I have no cons so far.

Most of the nurses and employees are kind and perform their job well. Okay benefits.

Administration doesn't listen to the nurses needs. Expectations of the nurses increase each day with no extra staff. New nurses come in making more than the nurses with experience. Administration and staffing could improve.
