GEN E (Generation Equal) is a campaign which showcases unique stories and lived experiences of LGBTQ+ young people and those from ethnic minority backgrounds, to generate conversations around the real issues on diversity and inclusion facing young people today. Cian is one of five young people who have shared their perspective on what equality means to them, and how they are working towards creating a more just and equitable world. This campaign was created with the support of spunout, Ireland’s leading youth and mental health website, Youth Action Panels, produced alongside Event FUEL and director Eamonn Murphy.
