Diversity, Management Transparency, work from home opportunities for those that prefer it, Rejection of Chubb buyout-Thank you!! Great supervisor and team support! Many opportunities within the... company.
Cons
Recent restructure of claims handling responsibilities requiring senior level work load without a pay/tier adjustment. Forcing employees (who are not interested) into litigation roles with little... training/heavy workload/No pay increase.
Advice to Management
Fewer/shorter meetings...Opportunities for interested GL employees to handle litigation at a slower pace with more training. Please evaluate salaries and adjust accordingly. Keep up the transparency... and culture!
