Featured Review

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at eDreams ODIGEO full-time for less than a year

Pros

Nice location, good atmosphere, good salary+bonus, decent benefits, attractive holiday package, interesting people, forward thinking company, growth opportunities, proactiveness looked favorably upon.

Cons

If you're not a self starter, go getter, clear what your objectives are, or open to forces of change, you run the risk of getting lost, bitter, frustrated, and/or feeling alienated .

Advice to Management

Strengthen your Onboarding program on departmental and team level. Make sure to keep up with your 1:1 meetings. They are important.

Former Contractor - Marketing

I worked at Tourism Ireland for more than a year

Pros

Ability to grow within the company and a great company

Cons

Some projects were slow burners, but that is the nature of a government organisation.
