Like any sales job, you need to ask to get an answer. Those who keep insisting to obtain what they need to know will find it or find someone who knows it. Yes you need to put in the drive, yes you... need to know you'll but in the enthusiasm, yes you'll need to accept what you're happy doing and what you're not happy doing. But that's how we form character and resilience. If we don't like something just do something else. A sales job that pays a salary, including bonuses doesn't have cons. Try commission only.

Advice to Management

Offer trainees a more thorough introduction of responsibilities and deliverables of the role. And more importantly highlight the type of personality that excels in the position. Nonetheless great... learning and working experience!
