Pros
Great flexible workplace with good opportunities for progression and good benefits. Strong ethics and chance to make a difference. Nice office environment with billiard table, free tea, coffee and... fruit.

Pros
It was a pleasure working with so many very smart and passionate people.
Cons
Many of the same very smart and passionate people were working at 120% or more and moral was consequently low.
