Featured Review

Current Employee - Applications Developer

I have been working at University of East Anglia full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

9-5 job. Pension. Nice people on the whole.

Cons

Silos within the departments lead to strong resistance to change and a somewhat toxic blame culture.

Advice to Management

Remove Silos and weed out those that just want to watch the clock.

Former Contractor - Anonymous Contractor

I worked at ADAPT Centre

Pros

You get to own your project fully

Cons

The hardware you'll be using isn't as fancy as major tech companies
