Pros are good training, exposure to wide range of clinical presentations, supervision is hands on and instructive.

Cons

Working in a large beauracracy comes with its challenges. Turnaround time for paperwork can be long, lots of hoops to jump through before being hired. Expect hiring process to take several months.... Take that into consideration when planning your career.
