My direct team were fantastic
Ev-ery-thing. Management do not care. The majority were racist bullies who offered no positive feedback, and no constructive criticism. No work life balance (true of most retail jobs). No holidays... allowed to be taken 5 months out of the year, no consideration given for childcare issues, no empathy given for bereavements. Absence procedures were never properly followed. Data protection was never adequately followed. Actively encouraged to "direct" customers to different products than the ones that they were looking for. I could go on all day.
Advice to Management
Higher management need to really look closely at who is actively managing the fields and who is purely phoning it in.
