Featured Review

Current Employee - Member Service Specialist

I have been working at USAA full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Good pay, benefits, and campus. Casual, but fast paced work environment. Really focused on member (customer) satisfaction. Really want employees to be happy, and are very inclusive to all persons.... Very pro Veteran in hiring process.

Cons

Over the top political correctness. One hint or whisper that is not PC, and there goes your career for many years.

Advice to Management

Some of you are great, and others are micro managers. Most don’t have a back bone, and are the puppets of their supervisors. Even though they may be a great manager, most have to be “yes men”.
