"Great Benefits"25 Jan 2020

Current Employee - Insurance Solutions Associate

I have been working at USAA full-time for less than a year

Pros

Good Benefits, competitive pay, various bonuses, on site cafeteria

Cons

Micromanaging, strict rules, very high expectations, high call volume

Advice to Management

Allow employees to have more time between calls to research guidelines

Former Employee - Senior Business Analyst

I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than a year

Pros

Super company to work for, great opportunities to get promoted, learn, network.

Cons

Generally focussed on American timescales, so need to be able to work / be flexible for evenings (when European based)

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you do - it's a great place to work.
