Featured Review

Current Employee - Accounts Assistant

I have been working at UPS full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Great company to work for.

Cons

Negative is just the salary.

Former Employee - Senior Manager of Operations

I worked at FedEx Ground full-time

Pros

Good long-term potential and good salary.

Cons

High pressure, lots of work, lots of unfinished projects, most of which goes unrecognized when employees succeed or excel in these areas.

Advice to Management

Recognize and reward effort. Don't let it go unnoticed and certainly don't imply that hard work isn't occurring.
