Former Employee - Key Account Manager

I worked at The Cathedral School of St Anne and St James full-time for more than a year

Pros

Very relaxed and comfortable environment.

Cons

Unorganised distribution of tasks leading to mismanagement.

Current Employee - Private Tutor

I have been working at Elevate Learning part-time

Pros

My mind can't focus on any pros because of the con added below. One star is generous considering what you'll find out.

Cons

I have been trying NUMEROUS times to contact them after they haven't paid me for one whole semester worth of tutoring. This outweighs any pro.

Advice to Management

Pay your employees. If you're going to go out of business, then contact your employees. Be honest with your people. We served the under appreciated and disenfranchised socio-economically suffering... hispanic young students. This alone is reason enough for this organization to keep going, but... it's on you.
