Current Employee - Equipment Engineer

I have been working at Texas Instruments full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Profit sharing is not guaranteed but can be as high as 20%.

Cons

Manufacturing can be relentless. It’s a 24/7/365 operation and you can get burnt out.

Advice to Management

They a offer decent time off policy and have really incentivized its use. But I think they should hire more people so current staff are not over worked.
