Consistent pay and benefits package.

Cons

No backup from the top. The employee is always at fault.

Advice to Management

The assumption that your employee is the one at fault in every situation and complaint, breeds a workplace filled with resentment and dissatisfaction. This in turn causes the incredible turnover... rates.

I worked at Boys Town full-time for more than a year

Pros

Good training program when you start. Pay is decent. Gas reimbursement. Insurance is about the same as any other company. Hi deductible and a low deductible ( nothing new)

Cons

It feels as though it’s a sales job. Recruiting parents to take a parenting class can be challenging. Upper management may be a bit divided and they each seem to have their own agenda rather that... work together as a team and towards the ultimate goal which is helping people.

Advice to Management

Talk to each other and Drop the egos. Be respectful towards your employees and build trust with them as this is how a leader earns respect.
